A village ceremony in Munggu village, Mengwi, conducted in the first week of January, during which the males don traditional costumes, offer prayers in the temple and then march across the surrounding area while brandishing wooden spears. Eventually, all those spears will be stacked to create a pyramid, and some of the guys will get to the summit. This ceremony was carried out in the past to honour valiant soldiers who had returned from fighting to protect the Mengwi realm.

The last week of December through the first week of January is known as the Suwat Water Garden Festival. This rite, which takes place in Gianyar's Suwat village, is said to be able to cleanse each participant's body of any negative energy.

One of Bali's most well-known celebrations is Galungan, which takes place from February 28 to March 9, 2024. The ten-day celebration is held in the belief that the gods and ancestors will descend to earth to join the celebration with the locals. A large population of Chinese people live in different regions of Bali. At this time of the year, the streets are decorated, and the enthusiasm is like the global new year. People come to see the fireworks, the traditional Chinese food and the decorated Chinese temple!

A culinary art, art exhibit, and live entertainment are all planned. Usually, an outside stage is constructed close to Finns Beach Club. The public is welcome to watch the shows while enjoying the beach; this event is free of charge.

One of the most inspiring yoga festivals in the world, the Bali Spirit Festival is tentatively scheduled for Ubud. Bali Spirit is a large-scale spiritual practice gathering in addition to a yoga festival. This type of practice is a combination of yoga, dance, and music that enables you to grow spiritually through the transmission of energy from person to person. Bali and food! A combo that everybody knows about. For all food enthusiasts, the Ubud Food Festival is one of the most well-known gourmet events in the nation, if not all of Southeast Asia.
